Lilja Øvrelid

Lilja Øvrelid is currently the group leader of the Language Technology Group at the Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, and one of the co-directors of the Integreat Center of Excellence. Her research focuses on syntactic and semantic processing of natural language using machine learning. This includes dependency parsing, negation/speculation analysis, and sentiment analysis. She develops resources and systems for automating these analyses and applies them in various tasks.
